As some of you have read, I did a little piece on the email client, Thunderbird. Now here are some my favorite FireFox Extensions.

FireFTP
Webmasters in search of a Firefox FTP client don't have to look much further than FireFTP. FireFTP looks and acts just like your more average FTP client, but with added convenience and tools. In addition to uploading content to a remote server, you can also sync directories while you navigate, edit remotely, use SSL encryption, and so forth.

IE Tab
No matter how much you love Firefox, Internet Explorer is still the most widely used browser today, especially among noobs. Rather than open up IE to see how well your site renders, you can download IE Tab and have it run directly from Firefox.

Greasemonkey
Greasemonkey allows users to hack the web with JavaScript. Basically, by writing or installing pre-existing userscripts (JavaScript code others have written), you can tweak the look and behavior of Web sites to fit your preference.

SiteAdvisor
Firefox may be regarded as the safest browser around, that doesn't mean it's impenetrable to attack, or safe from nefarious content like spyware, adware, viruses, and so on.

Tab Mix Plus
This extension adds a little character to Firefox's tab feature, with options for duplicating tabs, undoing closed tabs and windows, protecting tabs, and much more. I tend to keep the first five or so tabs the same at all times, so protecting and locking them is helpful. Each tab also contains a status bar when it is currently loading.

Adblock Plus
Ever been annoyed by all those ads and banners on the internet that often take longer to download than everything else on the page? Install Adblock Plus now and get rid of them.

StumbleUpon
The StumbleUpon toolbar offers a wealthy amount of tools at your disposal, such as a thumb up/down buttons, "send to" features, and many more. This is great for finding stories that match your interest and also for connecting to people of similar interests.

Answers.com for Firefox
Tired of reaching for a dictionary or running a search every time you come across a word you don't know? This nifty extension from Answers.com pops up a new window each time you double-click a word, or Alt-click it, providing a quick definition along with links to a thesaurus, antonyms, a word tutor, and so forth. It's a helpful extension, although it can become a nuisance at times when you double-click a word for other reasons.

Adds HTML validation on the view page source.

PDF Download
Allows you to choose whether you want to open a pdf on a tab or download it.

Tab Mix Plus
Seriously without this extension i can't use firefox lol

Web Developer
Adds a menu and a toolbar with various web developer tools.

hahah all good choices guys, I especially give kudos to the Adblock Plus, one of the greatest extensions. IE Tab is a life saver and the others are all great for make your brwosing experiance a suited to your needs as possible.

All in one sidebar - it's an..ummm... all in one sidebar?
ColorZilla - Gives you a palette picker and a neat zoom feature(great for pr0n surfing)
DownloadThemAll - Great for ummm pr0n surfing lol
PDF Download - Instead of forcing PDFs to open, it lets you choose whether you want to download it or just open it.
Session manager - Say you have 40 tabs open researching a new car and you want to bookmark all of them, session manager lets you save as many sessions as you want.
Super DragAndGo - my favorite addon, drag a link down open in a new tab, drag it up open in a new windows, drag and image to save it.

Yes weasel it helped me to speed up browsing a lil' bit (flashblock and addblock plus)
