Vista: Ready for Gaming?

With all the new Vista talk, I thought I'd share this article with you guys..

The results with 512mb ram are ridiculous, but with 1GB seems pretty much enough. Anyway another 1GB ram for me tomorrow with vista just to be sure.


The results in these specific games are not very good but in BF 2142 there is a noticeable boost with vista.

i hope thats true anyway i run vista on dualboot and the gaming performance ain't that good you espcially with ati drivers and your benches drop

@#$%^&* microsoft, release in 70 Countries , yeah right
I went to the biggest store in Greece for software and they only had the Home Basic version cause it was the only version they could get so soon lmao. Blizzard supplied Greece with more copies of wow than the stupid MS with Vista.

I am so pissed off right now.

WoW thats not so good to hear tefra chill down in a few days you'll find yourself vista in stores i hope .

They told me they will need one month to bring Business version.

Anyway i ordered my vista from UK, god bless internet!

lol you really have to have your copy of vista as fast as possible he whats the reason getting sick of XP

It's just the first time that i ever wanted to upgrade my windows so fast. I am just assured that vista worths it, and i can't find in my own country the business version cause MS doesn't give a fuck about a country with 10M that only 5-10% has a personal computer.

Anyway i put my order and now i am waiting from copy and a 2*1GB ran kit. It was so cheap i couldn't resist
