![]() No, this isn't Back to the Future - just this week a federal bankruptcy court threw out the last remaining lawsuit over Graphzilla's monumental acquisition from 2001. After picking up the firm for a bargainous $112m, there were plenty of unhappy parties - including creditors of the firm who believed they didn't get a big enough slice of the pie. They brought a lawsuit against Nvidia claiming it had underpaid fraudulently to avoid paying the debts. Source: theinquirer.net
