Default Bluetooth Mice

Right, I'm on my personal laptop (Dell Inspiron 6000) and using a Microsoft Intelli Mouse Explorer for Bluetooth, and it feels like there is a little lag when you compare it to a smaller, USB logitech mouse.

Now, I prefer logitechs, they are less lumpy and usually have a slightly better build (in my opinion anyways ) but the Microsoft was cheaper at the time...and I needed a new mouse!

I just wondered whether you guys felt any lag (if you're mouse is bluetooth/wireless) or whether it is just because my mouse is so much larger than a normal mouse?
