From these first reviews you can see how immature are the current drivers. In many cases the 2900xt performs better in higher resolutions. I am pretty sure most of these sites will re-test the amd's new card as soon as cat7.5 are released.

Me too. Also, i have a statement to make. I've changed from ATI to Nvidia. I'm running a 8800 GTS 320MB right now. I guess it's bye, bye ATI for now.

Ah ha, So I will be sticking with my 8800 GTS, and maybe with a price cut I'll actually get the 640mb version (there was a special not too long ago and the price difference was a mere 20$ between them, but I don't yet have enough it'll take me another 4-6 weeks to get it too :S.

In any case, this is looking like another FX happening, maybe not as bad, but I was kinda expecting it too... I was some how rooting for Nvidia... guess my gut was right :P.

tobe honest since amd took over ati nvidia has taken the crown.like i said before .
