The problem with such a small budget is that you're right out of the best deals, if you had said 100 then you could get a good card for the price, so I suggest you save up a little more.

For $64 sure you can get a card for that price if you put it on layaway or something and come up with another $64. LOL! Honestly, I would save your money until after the holidays there will be some great deals then. If you go to CompUSA they have blowout sales since they are going out of business. Check it out.
