Well, the key is to always keep an open mind. Maybe it'll be good, maybe it'll suck... but I guess we'll wait and see. It'll make for an interesting card, hopefully something will be learned.

fiasco ? What fiasco ?

EDIT: nothing new didn't they already show dual 2600, that will make it able to run Quad 2600's CrossFire.

Well thats where almost all the reviews are wrong. They are comparing an TOP NOTCH 8800Ultra with a normal / midrange product from ATi.

i would love top see them test the high end 2900XTX with the 8800ULtra

as you can't compare the 8800ultra with the 2900XT, it should be compared with the 8800GTS 640MB imho

Azrael's PC Specs
um.. I believe it has been compared to the 8800gts 640, and it's kinda all over the place, depending where you go, one has a 5% difference over the other or 15% difference over the other, it's kinda odd. but then again it's more expensive. Then there is the power usage and heat (the heat had been compared to two 8800 gts running in sli :P).

There is also the fact that it is about 6 months late, and last I checked that's a nice amount of time in the computer industry... the should be destroying Nvidia and at a nice price .

Then again, I guess it's just a matter of taste, but for most it's either the 8800gts or the 8800gtx prices that seem most pleasant.
