First buy or arrange a windows XP boot able CD.
2nd insert your CD to CD ROM.
3rd go to bios and change your 1st boot to CD ROM drive.
4rd restart your PC after some while you can see your PC will boot from CD ROM.
Press enter.

After then you should follow the instruction.
